This page describes what Montessori Search Partners collects, where it is kept, and how to ask us to change or remove it. Montessori Search Partners is a division of Childrens House.
What we collect
What we hold depends on how you have used the site.
Schools using the Search Builder.Your name, email address and role at the school; the school’s name and state; and your answers about the position: the environment and level, desired start date, decision makers, recruitment challenges, affiliations, required credentials, flexibility, relocation position, salary range and benefits. If you upload a job description, we store the file.
Educators joining the Talent Network or applying. Your name, email address and telephone number; your current role; your Montessori credential type and level and any certificates held; your compensation expectations; how you heard about us; your CV; and, if you record or upload one, a short video introduction. If you apply to a specific role, we record which role.
Anyone signing in. Signing in creates an account record holding your email address, your role on the site, and identifiers linking that account to your record in our CRM.
Why we collect it
To run recruitment searches: to understand a school’s vacancy well enough to advise on it, to assess whether an educator and a role are a genuine fit, and to introduce the two when both want that. We also use contact details to reply to you.
We ask for information because you have chosen to start a search, join the Network or apply for a role, and we use it for those purposes. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
HubSpot is our system of record. Contact details, professional information and search answers are held there.
Cloudflare R2 holds uploaded documents and video: CVs, video introductions and job descriptions. These are not publicly listable; links to them are individually signed and expire shortly after being issued.
Supabase holds sign-in accounts and the small profile record attached to them.
These are third-party services with their own infrastructure and locations. Our HubSpot portal and Supabase project are hosted in the United States.
Who it is shared with
An educator’s details are never shared with a school without that educator’s agreement. You see the role first and decide. Nothing you tell us is shared with your current employer.
Beyond that, your information is available to MSP staff working on the search, and to the service providers named above who store it on our behalf. We do not sell it or pass it to advertisers.
How long we keep it
Recruitment relationships are long-running: an educator who is not right for one role is often right for another years later, so we retain records rather than deleting them after a single search.
We have not yet set fixed retention periods. If you would like your information removed, ask us and we will remove it.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your information
Write to msp@childrenshouse.co.za and tell us what you would like to see, change or have removed. Please write from the email address we hold for you, or tell us which address to look under, so we can find the right record.
Removal covers your CRM record, any documents and video you uploaded, and your sign-in account.
Cookies
This site sets cookies only to keep you signed in. There is no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking on this site, and no cookie is used to follow you across other sites. If you never sign in, no cookie is set by us.
